At Trendify Now, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within Pakistan only. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-6 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your city and order size.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected cities across Pakistan.

For COD orders, please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delivery issues.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including name, address, and contact number.

Trendify Now will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (if available).

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us.

Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery or contact us within 24 hours with clear pictures so we can assist you.
